About us

"Business as a Hobby" is a venture that grew out of my desire to generate multiple streams of income while pursuing my passion for creating things. Having spent my career optimizing processes, managing and executing projects around the world, I thought it would be interesting to apply the knowledge and experience I've gained to create simple businesses that leverage AI and other available tools to generate income.

Keep going... This August was not like I normally understand that period of the year: under an umbrella, with family and friends, and seldom checking phone and computer. This August was not like that... Next one maybe?I need to figure out a way to handle better the time spread between projects, as well as the return I get from each. It is one of the challenges of working multiple ventures: production and emergencies take the most band-width and does not allow much to business development and growth. Too much operational needs. Not to say 0 time for social media or reporting a bit more here...June is over and more and more time is going into consulting projects! July I am focusing in distribution and increase of sales for both Matchaka and Moyer!One of my wishes is to start to post more often and interesting things. For now I struggle with finding relevant things to share, or finding the time to do so. But until then, I want to stay accountable and keep sharing here my allocated time for each project 🤗Lately, time has been shifting mostly into: 🍃 Matchaka – I did a launch party and our first block party in HK which was plenty of fun but came with a lot of preparation! Check it out in our @matchaka_official IG 🎾 Moyer – we received our first batch of production and started selling. For that I had to finalize the website and make sure warehouse and fulfilment was all ready to go! @moyerballs 🌍 Better Futures – prioritizing business execution by improving the process and innovating! Each one is different, but the right balance between, strategic, DTC, B2B, leveraging AI, and HAVING FUN! BAAH is still the umbrella, the sandbox, the way I build.
